If you would like to move into your new house we can have a complimentary moving service for you. We will arrange free movers with a large truck to help get moved in safely. Once a listing contract is created with you as the seller our investigations commence free of charge to you. This is in order to make sure that if we receive an offer, we are prepared for any of the buyer’s questions. We will begin with a termite report, physical inspection report and preliminary report (Pre-Lim), all at no charge to you.
